OCEAN VIEWS AND STEP TO THE BEACH NEWLY RENOVATED KITCHEN and BATHROOM

Two bedroom unit in a fantastic position on elevated ground floor, across the road to the beach. The property features a great balcony off the living area with views overlooking ocean and park, microwave and own laundry with washing machine/dryer. Just across the road to patrolled beach, walk to public transport, next door to Mermaid Surf life Saving, enjoy a coffee at the coffee shop next door, close to Pacific Fair shopping Centre and Star Casinio this has everything at hand.

Linen

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

We can organise linen hire, the linen pack will be delivered to the property for your arrival and collected on departure. Also available for hire cots, baby needs and beach towels.

Please note on your booking if you require linen hire or contact our office with your requirements.

No parties or mass gatherings are allowed in or at any of our properties.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:

While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.

Great location, walk across the carpark to the beach.The place was clean but a bit outdated. If you like to walk - Broadbeach is 2km down the road. Cafe RSL next door other places within walking distance.

Good location across from the beach. Minimal road noise or other apartments. Would stay again Only half a roll of toilet paper. No milk supplied and jug doesn't work.

Firstly, the company who lett this property out are professional, helpful and understanding. So the property..... The view of the ocean and the properties location is the only positive about it. The property itself is old..... very old. Its run down, dirty, smells stale and like moth balls and mould. No air-conditioning, with only ceiling fans, a few of which have multiple fan blades completely missing leading to a very unsafe and loud squelling fan that barely blows any wind. Three out of the 4 fan remotes have no battieries or are missing their motherboards completely. The fridge is still leaking (quite a bit too) out onto the kitchen floor creating a slip hazard, that had me at one point scrambling to stay on my feet and had me looking like i was trying to do an Irish folk dance to staight vertical. There is major drainage issues making the shower turn into a bath with at least 3 inches of water building up in the shower base tk the point it nearly overflowed out of the shower. This is by far the worst accommodation i have ever experienced in any country (inculding many 'third world countries' i have stayed in) and honestly you would be more comfortable saving your many, buying a tent and a bucket to do your business in. Again, this is not the fault of the letting company Burielgh Letting Co who i again want to thank for their professional attitude and assistance.
