We had a lovely 3 night stay at this property. Location was fantastic and the house was clean, warm and cosy. We enjoyed the indoor fire and the outside fire pit, and to top off a great stay on Bruny Is, the Aurora was on display each night, so it was great to watch it while sitting around the fire pit.
What a great getaway, we had a short stay with family. Fire wood already stacked ready to use. Clean and tidy little place tucked away but close enough to walk to the beach and walking tracks.
What a wonderful experience we had. Surrounded by bushland with the sound of the beach in the background, our stay was fantastic. The house is gorgeous with plenty of luxury touches to make it extra special. Plenty of outdoor space to watch the wildlife and enjoy dinner. Quality interior spaces with underfloor heating in bathrooms and huge oven for those that love to cook.
We had a great stay for a few nights with the extended family. Loved how secluded the property feels, while only minutes from the beach and the local shops in Adventure bay. Overall the household appliances and furniture were really high quality and made for really enjoyable weekend.
Such a lovely home - it made you feel welcome and relaxed as soon as you enter, also the added extras provided made it so special and easy - we didn’t feel like leaving! Gorgeous.

This property was my favourite from our entire trip. The place is clean and tidy and the location is amazing. So peaceful and relaxing. The wildlife was the highlight pademelons, wallabies, birds, echidnas, possums and our favourite the tasmanian native hen and their gorgeous little chicks. A short walk to the beautiful beach and little store. I just wish we could of stayed longer.
My husband and I had an extremely relaxing 5 days in this wonderful place. The property provides almost total privacy only 200m from popular Adventure Bay beach. It is a quiet and peaceful place where you can relax surrounded by the sounds of the bush and nearby ocean. The house is furnished with comfortable beds and couches and the modern kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances. There is ample seating both indoor and out and a large fire pit which we thoroughly enjoyed sitting around whilst admiring the myriad of stars you can see so clearly due to being well away from city lights. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Sarah and the team who were very easy to communicate with.
Our family of six had a delightful two-day stay at this secluded Bush and Beach retreat. The house itself is modern, elegant and impeccably clean - just as advertised. Its location, away from the hustle and bustle, provides a unique tranquility that you will cherish.
One of the highlights was the comfortable bedding. After long days of adventure, we slept like logs, fully recharged for the next day. For our children, the board games were an absolute hit, offering fantastic family bonding time.
An exceptional feature is the bonfire set-up. With logs, matches, and a firestarter all available, we found ourselves huddled around the fire, exchanging stories under the stars. This became one of our favorite evening pastimes.
Moreover, the property is brimming with wildlife. We got to see wallabies up close, much to the excitement of our kids. It's an immersive nature experience that is hard to replicate elsewhere.
The only minor shortfall was the missing complimentary wine on arrival, as advertised, but this was far from a deal-breaker given the fantastic overall experience.
If you're looking for a serene and engaging escape from the daily grind, this property offers the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and outdoor adventure. We can't recommend it enough!
