The apartment was ok - good to have kitchen, living area, bathroom with washing machine and a bath. Great view and convenient location.
However, located near elevator so noisy some nights with people yelling, etc. Check in was really difficult as they are not located on site and require all information online (including credit card, id etc). We were supposed to get into our room at 3pm but due to this couldnt get into our room until 3.40pm. Had to collect keys from a lock box in another location, inconvient. Overall the check in was difficult and got the holiday off to a disappointing start. Staff were hard to communicate with over the phone to sort it out. Had to pay to hold bags at reception kiosk as we arrived earlier at around 12noon. The property wasnt very well maintained - in foyer / near lifts there were weird smells, smoke smell, dirty carpet, some shady looking characters. Pool in need of refurbishment chipped and broken tiles in the pool, spa broke down, bubbling and flaking paint on celing - yuck. Lots of cockroaches in bathrooms and at pool. Had to pay in full, and guest agreement had all sorts of questionable terms and conditions. Had to take all rubbish out to basement 12 floors below. Overall, i would have preferred to have stayed somewhere less convenient, but better maintained and serviced. It would be ok for a couple of nights at most but no longer.
