The condo was tastefully furnished with quality pieces. It was in a good area of Mesa, very close to a park leading to a very nice subdivision, close to restaurants. My faves were Blue Adobe Grill, Green Corner, and All Polish Kitchen. Just 5 miles from the Riparian Preserve. Could have used some notes on the TV remote, the 2nd parking spot not easily accessible, also didn't like the polyester linens. But all in all, a great condo! I will return.

Wonderful Place!

This place was perfect for my wife and me. Mike, the owner, contacted us the morning of our arrival and helped us find our unit and our parking spaces as we arrived after nightfall. We usually make breakfast and dinner where we stay and we had everything that we needed. The bedrooms are generously sized and there are two baths, one with shower and one with tub/shower. This property would work well four two couples.

Newly Renovated & Nicely Appointed

We really enjoyed our stay although the driving distance from our kids/grandkids is not ideal for us, but we wish it were. The rental was very clean, light & airy, as though it had been recently updated. All appliances seemed to be brand new. Communication with Cassidy, the Concierge was excellent and she was very responsive.

Pleasant stay in very clean condo

We booked based upon proximity to a wedding nearby. I wouldn’t say it’s a neighborhood we would choose if we had known the area more, but overall, the condo itself was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The updated condo is just as pictured. Exceptionally clean, everything labeled, appreciated small basket of treats and little wine, comfortable beds with nice linens. Helps to have condo on ground floor so don’t have to lug up luggage and the parking spot is just close by. I would highly recommend if staying in Mesa area.

Very nice layout. Had all the custome features of home that allowed our stay to be relaxing and enjoyable. Centrally located to all the facilities in which we traveled to. About a 20 min drive to Tempe Stadium, Indian School Park, and Salt River Stadium, depending on traffic. Use of the hot tub in the pool area until 11pm at night was very nice, especially after a long day on the ball fields. Our host Michael was very accommodating and pleasant, easy to talk to or work with. The king size master bed was comfortable, however the top sheet was a little small for the bed but the comforter was warm and cozy. The whole condo was clean and appropriately advertised. All needed appliances in the kitchen were available and it was very convenient to do laundry right there, if needed. Do bring a hair dryer if you use one because it isn't provided in either of the two bathrooms. The shower is good sized while that bathroom is relatively small. The other bathroom with the tub/shower combo is good sized, making it convenient to use when the other is occupied. We found the area, where the condo is located, was mostly quiet during our stay. We would stay there again and would recommend this place to others.

Arizona Getaway

We loved the condo, especially its location on the first floor near the parking. The yellow and sunflower decor made the condo bright and cheery. Here are some suggestions to make this condo even better - a larger coffee pot because we had several coffee drinkers, some large bowls for serving and storing leftovers, etc., and a basic tv (the smart tv was good but we couldn’t get local channels and we don’t stream). The bathroom needed a larger bar of soap or at least two smaller bars of soap.

We were snow birding from Minnesota for two weeks. Condo is well appointed with listing pictures well reflecting the unit. Close to freeway access with lots of nearby restaurants. Couch in the living room is the most comfortable we have had in a rental. Master bedroom king bed was also very comfortable and on the firm side, which is what we like. We would note that the master bathroom is very small and is where the step in shower is located. Might be difficult for a walker or rollator user to navigate. The other bathroom does not have this issue but has a bathtub. Pools are not heated (it was January). Loved the sunflower theme. Would consider renting again if we are back in the area.

Spring Training March 2023

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, very clean & newly renovated, looks exactly like the listed photos. The decor is very inviting & cheerful, love the sunflower theme. This condo has the most comfortable beds & pillows with plenty of extra bath towels & pool towels. The kitchen is well equipped, the owners did a great job anticipating anything you may need. Loved having a washer & dryer in the unit as well. The owners responded quickly to any questions. The living room couch with recliners and USB ports was especially nice for movie night. Can't really think of a negative other than parking is tight. There are 2 assigned parking spots, it's a little tricky to maneuver a large vehicle if the parking area is full. We had a full size truck this trip. We would stay here again.

The condo has 2 reserved parking spaces, one covered and one not it is at ground level with easy access. The condo itself is in beautiful condition and tastefully decorated with a bright sunflower theme. Every room was coordinated. 2 bedrooms-1 Queen , bathroom just outside and 1 king w ensuite br. One had tub the other walkin shower. Beds were very comfortable. All linens were good quality. They supply soap, shampoo, lotion, and other necessities ( toilet paper, paper towels, soap for laundry and diishes) Large washer and dryer. All appliances in kitchen are newer. Kitchen needs are plentiful ( glasses, dishes,pots pans, utensils) keurig and drip coffee pot. You are close to everything and a reasonable distance from tourist areas and events. There is an unheated pool and heated hot tub. Very cozy and cmfortable!!!Very easy to rent. The Evolve site is very clear and easy to use. Everything is very clearly stated.

Condo was well located for our spring training games, close to anything we wanted. It was better stocked than other places we have stayed, and the furniture was very comfortable. While it seemed clean, my one complaint was that our feet and socks got very dirty after walking around inside for a while. Could have used a good mopping. That being said, we would stay again.
