Our 3 bedroom home was architecturally designed and built to the highest standards.

Not only can you walk to the beach but with all the modern conveniences of home. Unlimited Wifi, a heated spa on the deck, a viewing platform and a stunning centrally positioned covered entertainers deck you may just skip the beach altogether!

A wood fire place in the lounge room completes the storey which truly does make this special home the perfect all year round destination!

1 The point has a few stunningly unique features, 2 living areas and incredible chefs delight kitchen you will find everything you need to make your next getaway. The viewing deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean or for those late risers enjoy a sleep in in one of the 3 spacious bedrooms.

The Master bedroom is situated just off from the alfresco and is home to a king-sized bed and a hidden ensuite! You will also find a study/library with a bunk bed on the main level.
Downstairs you will find a second living area, a kitchenette/wet bar area and 2 of the other bedrooms both home to queen sized beds. Out side there is a second outdoor living area and hidden around the corner is an outdoor shower, perfect for washing off after an early morning surf.

The host was really friendly and helpful. The spa was a lot of fun, the house was really nice, clean and comfortable for our family of 8. Our only complaint was that the kids found the bunk bed uncomfortable. Other than that it was awesome!!

Gorgeous Dolphin Cove in Tura

We had such a wonderful time. The property is gorgeous and in the best location with easy access to Dolphin Cove. We will be back! Some missing appliances that were in listing photos. The one missed the most was the grinder coffee machine. The local kangaroos are a highlight. Thank you, we had a great stay!!

Tura 1 The Point

Great new build, contemporary layout w high ceilings and polished concrete floors and a quirky roof top lookout and rather lovely spa pool. It can accommodate up to three couples and two kids. Kitchen had perfectly adequate cooking tools, very nice crockery, glassware and a Nespresso coffee machine (you just need to bring your own pods). Lots of towels and good linen. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, Dolphin Cove lookout, and the wharf to wharf coastal walk. The place has had a few harsh reviews earlier this year, but our experience was positive. The place was very clean and we would welcome a return visit. Thankyou to the hosts.

False advertising! What you see is NOT what you’re going to get!

The beautiful images you see advertised are in stark contrast to what the property actually looks like. Some of the main disappointments were… No rooftop furniture at all – we carried our own chairs up Outdoor area – no rug, cushions, plants Library – what a huge disappointment! Don’t expect the library of books you see as there were only about a dozen books and a bunch of empty shelves Kitchen – no bar stools so we / kids couldn’t sit at kitchen bench. Also one of the most poorly equipped kitchens I’ve stayed at during my travels. Only had one saucepan and one frypan so was boiling pasta in a frypan Butler’s pantry – was completely bare, including the walls Dining room – looks completely different and has a statue we had to cover with a towel as was offensive to the kids Lounge – no cushions, rug, blanket Downstairs living area – looks completely different. There was not one scrap of utensil or anything Outside – absolutely zero furniture Bedrooms 2 and 3 – look very different. Absolutely no storage in one room Overall, lovely location but if the images advertised reflected what we got I wouldn’t have booked. Very disappointed.

Could be better for such a great spot!

Great location 10 minutes from Merimbula. Great sized modern home but with missing basics and not a great cleaning from previous guests. Very unclear instructions on how to use basics such as fans and A/C we had to call agent and when I requested a few things, none came. I don’t expect to need to clean a rental before staying but….. Filthy bbq and no replacement grease trays, blobs of grease on concrete under it. ( we bought trays) Rubbish behind spa Clothes left in main wardrobe Empty Wine bottle left behind a chair in bedroom Sock under the bed No broom No pegs No paper towel 1 chux 2 t towels for a week 1 towel each for a week (yes we could wash but we had to buy washing powder to do so and as I said, no pegs so we had to buy them in an extremely windy week) Literally 1 3cm soap for 6 people in 2 bathrooms Stick vacuum full of dirt and dirty rollers (we cleaned) Dead flies and hair and dust in corners of rooms (a pile of realised when I went and purchased a broom) Rubbish left in the bins inside Corners of shower slimy No outdoor dining table Very few serving platters and bowls Garage a mess No welcome goodies as we have received in other places (even though you are basically paying for them it is nice to get a welcome eg places like 5 acres) And to top it all off, our room with a large sliding door was unusable due to a broken blind we were asked not to touch so we didn’t! Our room was a dark space, no other windows except in ensuite which were 20 feet up

zu viel design, zu wenig praktisch

Grundsätzlich ist das Haus ganz ok, leider ist das Housekeeping nicht soo gut. Der Boden wurde anscheinend feucht gewischt und dann ist man mit den Schuhen nochmals durchgegangen, so waaren überall Fussabdrücke. Die Küchenausstatung ist durche8nander und abgenutzt, lieber weniger und dafür im gutem Zustand. Die Anordnung der Lichtschalter folgt keiner Logik. Klima nir im Wohnzimmer, nichtin den Schlafzimmern.
