Eagle Heights Holiday Units are located in Eden on the far south coast of New South Wales. The complex is perched on a cliff-face, known as the Eagles Claw that overlooks Twofold Bay and the ocean. Eagle Heights is situated off the main highway in a quiet residential area. Sit, relax and enjoy the views in our two bedroom villa style units.

Eagle Heights Holiday Complex contains 10 self-contained, two bedroom units. There is a Queen bed in the main bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom. There is a large lounge/dining area, bathroom that includes washing machine and some units have clothes dryers.

There is a separate toilet, flat screen TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, bed linen and personal towel per person, and pillows.

Each unit is supplied with a starter kit of tea, coffee, milk, soap, toilet paper and kitchen detergent on your arrival.

Magic View

We found the property was well located with excellent uninterrupted ocean views however the property itself was very tired, poorly repaired and the cleaning was not up to standard. The queen bed was terrible and we had to buy a bed topper to get a good nights sleep. The view on the other hand as mentioned was fabulous and the grounds were well kept. The location was close to town and it was a good spot to explore from. All in all a little pricey in the off season considering its age, and internal presentation and cleanliness.

Beautiful views, our verandah had unobstructed views of Twofold Bay. We were able to listen to the waves crashing as we slept. BBQ area also has unobstructed views and is undercover. Laid back and quiet town.

eagle eye view

We loved being perched on the clifftop and looking out over the ocean watching diving birds and dolphins. A truly magic location. The apartment is oldish -but this pales into insignificance as it's all about location, location location with this property! Thank you Lisa and Dan for a lovely stay.

Located on the Headland of Eden, you won't believe our incredible views until you witness them for yourself.
We have all 2 bedroom self contained units, nestled on the cliff top of what us locals call "The Eagles Claw".
With mentioning the Eagles Claw, it is not a rare sight to see the 2x large Sea Eagles that call our cliff home gliding past the complex.
Come enjoy our large solar heated pool, or for the colder months a nice cup of coffee down at the alfresco BBQ area.
I cannot forget to mention during the wale season you cannot miss the opportunity to come and watch the whales playing in the bay.
