Located in a peaceful location this lovely 3 bedroom home accommodates 6 and has views of the lake, ocean and town. With all the comforts of home, Ella Bleu is the ideal destination for a holiday.


Enjoy dinner on the back deck after a long day at the beach or have a BBQ with friends after a round of twilight golf.
The house has 3 bedrooms each with ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite with a spa bath. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has 2 x singles. The living area features reverse cycle air conditioning, a telescope, flat screen TV DVD/CD Player.

The kitchen is also well equipped, even for the most avid cook with a dishwasher, microwave and full sized fridge/freezer.

Additional extras to make your stay a memorable one: The house has books, toys and games for the kids as well as use of beach chairs. The house also boasts a remote controlled double lock up garage and room to park a boat on the grass out the front.

Ella Bleu is close enough to Merimbula's township to walk and enjoy the shops and cafes that Merimbula has to offer. The beach is also within walking distance as is the clubs for an evening meal or a flutter on the pokies.

Just What We Needed

This is a wonderful property with great views of the city and sea. Very handy to the city centre and great access in and out of town. Communication was first class and highly recommend Ella Bleu.

Be pay attention

The whole house is clean and tidy, and the location is very good. But 2 chairs are broken.When a person sits on it, the link of the chair legs will slip off.

The property was nice but there’s were a few things more that could be attended to. Eg clean the fan in kitchen, lawns need mowing, bins need emptying, trim on bottom of kitchen blind needs gluing back on, carpets need shampooing. Not sure if the owners are aware of these things.

Comfortable, quality family accomodation

We had such a wonderful long weekend staying at Ella Bleu. The house is perfectly set up for an extended family and it was lovely to be able to include our two dogs on our trip to the beach. The house was very clean and well equipped, we were lucky enough to have parakeets come down onto the balcony each morning while we drank cups of coffee on the deck looking at the awesome view ( yes, there is a coffee machine...and coffee supplied!). We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

The house was really great. All the facilities that we needed and the view was fantastic. The only problem we had was the tv. It was run through the old box system and it was very pixilated. Some nights we could not watch as there was no picture
