The 50's Beach House Merimbula

This unique 3 bedroom, retro furnished holiday house, is a home away from home. Located only a short walk to Short Point, Bar Beach and Middle Beach, it is the perfect location for a family holiday.

The property is on a large sun-drenched grassed block and has a deck at the back perfect to relax and enjoy a BBQ whilst watching the children play.
Comprising 3 bedrooms (Sleeps 6) bedrooms 1 & 2 have queen beds & bedroom 3 has x 2 king single beds. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The large North facing windows in the living room allows the sun to fill the room all day, all year round. We have decorated our kitchen to represent a fully retro 50 styles feel but yet still equipped with dishwasher, oven & cooktop, fridge and modern appliances along with air conditioning, gas fireplace in the lounge room, wall heating, Free WIFI, Large flat screen TV with BluRay player and Chromecast, bathroom with shower and bath, the toilet is separate from the bathroom there a large laundry/wetroom with washing machine. You will enjoy the quirky furnishings throughout the house with plenty to discover.

There is plenty of off street parking & room for your boat. Please note that linen is included and there are no additional booking fees.

the Property has everything going for it, charm, mod cons, great yard and fabulous location.

Easy to be home. A lovely deck and BBQ area. Well appointed kitchen with all the mod cons. Air conditioning was appreciated too. Loved how close it was to the beach too. Very clean and very comfy beds.

Cute, cool and clean

We loved our stay in the retro beach house. We cannot fault the house, the house or the process. It might have been because of nearby roadworks forcing more traffic along the street, for our stay the road out the front was busy and noisey especially with the windows all open for some fresh air. We would definitely consider staying again if back in Merimbula.
