Beautiful open bay view over the marsh from this 3rd floor unit. The top floor in this building means you can sunbathe by day and see the stars by night. This spacious condo has 3 bedrooms with a king bed in each of the first 2 bedrooms and a single and trundle bed in the third. It has 2 bathrooms and will accommodate a maximum of 6 comfortably. The outdoor pool and tennis courts can be utilized at your leisure - and note that the tennis courts have pickleball nets and lines painted so you can play either game! This location is very close to Northside Park where there are paved trails, playgrounds and ball fields! Options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are all close by. Condo will keep you connected with wifi and streaming TV's with the living room offering basic cable.
This property is privately owned, therefore, you will need to supply your sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.

Island at Hidden Harbor 348L

Great location and views BUT the condition was horrible. Cleaning people did very little. We had to scrub the toilets, black mold 2 inches at the top of the bowl. Sinks dirty as was frig. No umbrellas or beach chairs. No access to patio retractable awning. No instruction on how to use TV's. No access to TV stations. Had to use internet. Anyone without smart TV knowledge would be lost. TV in the main bedroom wasn't working. No access to pool or tennis courts. Would never stay there again. We are 20 year former owners of a rental unit on 32nd street and never would have left our unit in such terrible condition.
