With this property, you'll have exclusive access to the former hotel part of the building, several lounge areas, dining area, kitchen and backyard. There are 7 private bedrooms, 6 Bedrooms have a Queen bed and a Single bed with wall mount TV, Kitchenette and a private bathroom in each.

There is also a 2 Bedroom Apartment , with King and Queen Beds, dining room and kitchenette.

*** Available is a separate 4 bedroom private residence we call a “River Shack”, located right next door.

This is a self-catering property and you will have access to your own private bar, billiards table, bluetooth party speakers, commercial kitchen, 2 living areas, 2 coonara wood heaters, dining room that can seat 50 persons, breakfast bar and living, outdoor undercover area that can seat 50 persons, your own private stage in backyard with night flood light to light up the party etc etc. Possibilities for an amazing celebration are endless !!

Murray River is approx. 1 min drive. Close to Torrumbarry Weir, there is a boat launch as soon as you reach river. Bring your boat, motorbikes, caravans and park securely on private property and have fun.
