Our house is in a brand new estate with beautiful homes and an awesome vibe.
You are steps away from the beach and a walk or short drive away from the local pub, shops and cafes.

Getting around is easy. You are best of with a car tho.

Safety: The property has a balcony and backyard.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
We have a security that visit the property during your stay and if any misconduct is detected we will ask you to leave without the refund of any bond or remaining accommodation fare.
We want you to have the best time at the house, but we cannot forget our lovely neighbors that live here permanently and generally like an early night!
