Ground Floor:
- Living Area (Water View) : Large open living space with panoramic lake views, dining area, and games to play with family and friends.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with Oven, Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Espresso Machine, Cooking Utensils, Dishes, along with tea and coffee

- Lake view Balcony outside the house: Beautiful view overlooking Lake Budgewoi, Sometimes you can watch canoeing while having a cuppa. Includes BBQ Grill, Seating Area with Chairs

One Queen room and one separate single room inside the queen room on the Ground floor.

- Laundry Room: There is a laundry room complete with washer and dryer

2nd Floor:

Master Bedroom w/ brand new Queen Size Bed, full water front view window, walk-in closet, and shower screen.

- Bedroom 2: Brand new Double Size Bed, w/ lake view window and build-in.

- Bedroom 3: double Size Bed w/ some lake view window and build-in.

- Bedroom 4: brand new double Size Bed and build-in.

Sofa bed is on the 2nd floor living room.

One bathtub inside the common use bathroom.

Family Getaway

Had a fabulous family weekend. Lots of space & everyone could either be together or do their own thing on the property. Clean, quiet & close to other places for a short drive if wanting to go out. Would highly recommend & we will definitely be booking again. Thank you to our hosts to make it so easy.

A disappointing stay

House was roughly as described in a wonderful location. Upon arrival we found many cleanliness issues that took some time to resolve and we only had one fridge in a usable condition for the duration of our family stay. We communicated with the owner who apologised but there was no compensation for the inconvenience this left us.

A place to remember

We booked this place for 3 nights and 4 days. We had the opportunity to check the place first before we confirm our booking. And yes, it was love at first sight. My husband and I thought that it was a great place to host our wedding ceremony and reception. Indeed it was a place to remember. Our family and friends loved the place and the serenity it gives you. They even said that they will recommend the place to their friends and friends family or friends friends. It was so clean and organized. It’s a home away from home in the bustling noise of the city. I highly recommend this place for Family gathering, Christmas gathering, random events and gatherings, or just a staycation. Danny, the person whom we talked too whenever we need to ask important question, was so patient with us and answers our questions kindly and in detailed. I’ll end this by saying, it was a place to remember.

We enjoyed the lovely view and the spacious living room, which made the stay pleasant. The billiard table was a great addition and fun to use. The property appeared renovated, and the shower and hot water worked well. The air conditioning in the living room was fine, but unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms.On the downside, the stove did not work properly and we struggled just to cook simple meals. The dryer was not working, and the beds were very uncomfortable, causing back pain. We also noticed spiders and some dead cockroaches around the property. There were a few small maintenance issues as well, such as bed legs not being properly fixed.Overall, the place has some good features, but several improvements are needed to make the stay more comfortable.
