You will find a great selection of beachfront cafes within a 2 minute walk from the unit - great for a morning coffee and a walk along the boardwalk which is also only 50 metres or so from the building.

Bulcock beach, Happy Valley and the main street of town is easily walked too via the boardwalk, about a10 minute stroll. You will be able to experience all at Kings Beach and surrounds has to offer from Dulkara, and it is perfect for both small families or senior couples being in such a convenient location that you don't need to use your car.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied.

Please note that linen is not provided on this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $51 pw for just the main bed or $135 pw for all beds (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
