Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated right opposite Albert Park at Queens Rd, only a 5min walk to the tram stop at the corner of Union St & St Kilda Rd.

- 5min walk to Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit
- 12min walk to Europcar Melbourne St Kilda.
- 10min tram ride to Chapel St.
- 15min tram ride or a 30min walk to St Kilda's Luna Park and St Kilda beach.
- 20min tram ride to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne CBD, Eureka Skydeck or Crown Casino.

There are tons of things to do in the Melbourne itself which are mostly a short tram ride away.

Getting Around:
Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.

Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Chevron, 519-539 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.

5min walk to the tram stop at the corner of Union St & St Kilda Rd.

12min walk to Europcar Melbourne St Kilda. (95, St Kilda Rd, St Kilda VIC 3182)

If you drive, we do have 1 FREE secured parking slot available for you.

Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

This pad accommodates 2 adults generously but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 3 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

I will not be present at this property during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced home ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.

If your preferred dates are available, please feel free to book 'em. If the dates that you're after are blocked, they are most likely taken.
