About this property
Beautiful family home in Toronto's trendy junction area
We have a beautiful family home available while we take an extended trip to Europe. Our house is a cosy fully-equipped oasis from which to work, relax and explore Toronto.
The ground floor has an expansive open plan kitchen and dining area - great for entertaining and is the family hub of the home. There are large glass doors that open to a deck with BBQ, sofa seating and an outdoor dining table. The ground floor also features a powder room, mud room, large pantry and a separate living room.
The second floor has a principal bedroom with ensuite, a guest room with a queen bed and an office that could accommodate a crib or air mattress. The guest room also doubles as an additional office. On the top level are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. The finished basement has a large screen TV and ample space for exercising, crafts or kids toys. The sofa in the basement can also be converted to a double bed. The basement also has a utility room with brand new washer and dryer.
Our house is about 15mins walk from the nearest subway station and is served by a number of local busses. There are grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants within a 10min walk. There is one very safe driveway parking space available if needed.
The house has a state-of-the-art multi-zone wifi system, smart switches and thermostats and very good air conditioning across all floors. There is a garden shed with bikes and other toys you are free to use.
