Good stay

Great communication from owner. Location is close to the falls but in an older neighborhood with some neglected properties. House was very clean. Would recommend bringing dish towels and hand towels as there were none supplied and maybe some paper plates for a larger group as there were only 8-9 plates. Overall would certainly rent again!

Spacious and comfortable

This was perfect for a traveling family with 2 toddlers and an infant. Very clean and spacious and close to all the activities at Clifton hill. Ricky is a great host and responds to questions promptly.

Basic Place

Worked out great for a place to sleep and have breakfast in the morning! It was VERY clean! Communication was great! Ricky got back with me right away when I texted a question. For us, the only drawback was 2 bathrooms for 11 people, but we made it work! Thanks, Ricky!
