This unit situated in the Seafront Estate is a self contained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and has everything you need for your getaway to the Turquoise Coast. Split air conditioning to all bedrooms. Granite bench tops to the kitchen with a full oven and cook top. Large living area with modern furnishings, outdoor setting in the courtyard which leads you out to the large grassed, BBQ and pool area.

This unit sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 1 x Queen, 1 x Double and 2 x King single beds

What to Bring: All properties are fully self-contained; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

Each unit has 2 bays for parking

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

- Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.

Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
