What do you want from a holiday home. Short walk to the beach, shops, cafes and pubs? Well this holiday home has it all, and perfect for two families. This 2 x storey fully contained home is ready for your holiday. Upstairs has the master bedroom and an en-suite. There is another large dorm style bedroom for the kids, a renovated kitchen, dining area, living room with big screen TV. There are two upstairs balconies ideal for those afternoon sun downers or evening BBQ's. Downstairs has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a laundry and a small lounge room with another TV. Out the back has a large grassed area with fish cleaning facilities. There is also an outdoor shower ideal for that wash down after your fun at the beach. A/C in both upstairs and downstairs living areas.

The bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens, 1 x Double, 1 x Single, 2 x Bunks, 1 x Tri-Bunk. Bunk Beds are not suitable for Adults.

Small Outside Pets welcome, Outside Only.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are Not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.
