This property is bright and airy thanks to the nearby beach and the surrounding lush greenery. This newly painted unit feels fresh and relaxing with its timber floors, modern furnishings, and the sea breeze throughout. It's also so close to the water that you can step out of the living room, wear your flip-flops, and go straight to the pristine beach nearby. When the tide is high, you can even go fishing from the banks!

The unit has 2 inviting living rooms with comfy couches, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a soundbar, and books. It's also equipped with split-system air-conditioning for your comfort. There's also a bar fridge in the living room for your favourite drinks.

Upstairs, there's a large wraparound balcony with 180-degree sweeping water views. It has long tables and chairs, perfect for a sunny brunch after swimming or a cosy dinner at night with the chilly breeze. There are also lounge chairs when you want to soak up the sun and the views. There's even a smaller coffee table area, perfect when you just want to enjoy your morning.
