The apartment was spacious and had beautiful serene views. A great spot for family gatherings and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and good location to private beaches. However, the apartment needed a more thorough clean, there were cobwebs on the windows, dead insects around the ceiling, mould and dust in the crevices. Plus the hot water was set to off peak, so be wary of hot water usage. Additionally there were no extra touches to make it homey, such as hand wash, body wash, face washers or paper towel and cleaning sprays to wipe benches clean. I would recommend the location, but come prepared with what you need to enjoy the stay.

We encourage our guests to contact us if something's broken and faulty at the property, especially if it is not cleaned to your satisfaction upon arrival. We could have sent someone out for help. Regarding the water, the unit has a small hot water system. Our properties are self-catered. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. Apart from that, items are to be purchased by the guests. We will coordinate your remarks with the housekeeping team for awareness and improvement.
