Welcome to Sunshine Daydreams, a stunning beachfront retreat on Ocean Blvd in charming Topsail Beach, NC. This 5-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home can accommodate 14 guest and offers direct beach access and sweeping ocean views that will instantly put you in vacation mode.

Beach was amazing but the house should have been cleaner when we arrived!!!

Overall the stay was good but the disappointing part was that the house was not clean when we arrived - the dishwasher was filthy as we had to put bleach in it to clean it properly. I sent pictures to the property manager. And the washing machine had mold in it - needs a major cleaning. Considering the beds were not made due to Covid, I wonder what they did to prepare the house??? Due to Covid, we expected the house to much cleaner. And there was no gas in the tank for grilling so we had to go out an d buy one. The pot holders were really dirty as well. I should receive my cleaning fee back.

We had a wonderful time! It was the perfect place for our families to relax, laugh, and rejuvenate! The decor was perfect for a beach house and we felt right at home. We enjoyed fresh seafood in the well appointed kitchen. We felt so lucky to be able to enjoy the solar eclipse right from the deck. A memorable week at the beach!

Sunshine Daydreams has been, by far, the best beach house I've ever stayed in! All the little extras, such as a fully stocked kitchen, walk-on beach access, the checkers and foosball games, beach chairs and toys, all made this stay wonderful. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The living area and kitchen were spacious. Wonderful, amazing stay!

The Best!

We have been spending a week in Topsail every year for the last 10 years. This is the best house we have ever stayed in. Convenient location, clean, comfortable beds, very spacious rooms. There is an elevator for luggage which is a lifesaver. The furniture on both decksides is bar height which helps to spot the Dolphins. We have already booked for the same week next year and can't wait! Thank you for providing such an awesome vacation experience for your guests.

Nicest vacation property I have ever stayed in!

This was hands down the nicest property I have ever stayed in for a vacation! Myself and some friends rented Sunshine Daydreams for a bachelor party week and it was a great decision. The location is right on the beach and the house is stocked with anything you ever need for vacation including beach chairs, full kitchen utensils, books, games, and more. I would recommend this house to anyone!! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved Sunshine Daydreams. It’s a beautiful house, spacious and comfortable, and nicely furnished and well equipped, for the most part, for a brand new rental. All in all, a fabulous house which we all enjoyed tremendously. Probably the nicest place we’ve ever stayed on Topsail.
