Don’t miss out on this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Designer home in the Village of Richmond. This lovely home has an open concept that is light and bright. The kitchen is large with all the amenities you would need in a home. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open and inviting you to come in and kick your feet up and relax. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TVand an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have queen size beds and are on the other side of the house from the master bedroom, with the guest bathroom and walk-in shower between them. The enclosed lanai is just waiting for you to curl up with a good book and enjoy a glass of wine. In the evening you can go to the Brownwood Paddock Square, to enjoy the live music, restaurants, and have a drink or two during happy hour. Within 15 minutes there are several golf courses and Sawgrass Grove. The sky is the limit as far as things to do when in The Villages, Fl.

Beautiful home but not well stocked.

We loved this Village's home and the neighborhood. Having stayed at many VRBOs in the past we are used to having things better stocked, especially in the kitchen. The only spices etc. were salt and pepper. Usually we find sugar, flour, oil, vinegar, pam, plastic wrap and a number of other basics. There are usually small shampoos/conditioners in the bathrooms (like a hotel) or at least a bottle of basic shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. All that was supplied were 2 tiny bars of facial soap. They were gritty and did not lather. We were only supplied with 2 trash bags for an entire week and 2 tabs for the dishwasher but after scrounging around found 2 more under the sink. When we stay at a rented home, I like to be able to prepare some meals for my family and have always found VRBO places to be well stocked with the basic necessities. The walking trails were awesome. We enjoyed the family pool & tennis. Checking in was very easy. Make sure you pack your own pool towels as these are not supplied at the pool or in the home.
