Dissappointed, all I can say is awesome the photographer & the view that u can get elsewhere!
I’ve never posted a negative review on any of the places we’ve stayed at in the past, but people should be informed. We gave this place a chance even if it had no reviews on VRBO. First off, we were very dissappointed of how small the house actually is compared to the pictures shown online. I give them credit for taking really good pictures or hiring an amazing photographer. On their listing it says enter on the main middle level… well, there’s no way you can go through the “main lever” when you first get there. Instead, you would need to enter through the bedroom at the bottom floor. The hallways/stairs are so narrow. At night, the loud noise from the heater would really annoy you. My kids got super scared as we would hear this loud banging noise at night as if someone was slamming the doors but it was the heater. The picture they took does not show how narrow or steep the driveway actually is… even with chains & 4WD, just know that you may not make it up or down. You can get stuck so be careful. Since our car got stuck on the street, we were so stressed out and left a couple things behind. We contacted them about it & was told different things everytime we call. They said they never found our items but since we’re a frequent traveller, we put trackers on our items. We know that our items are still inside the house. My guess is, they never checked the property & just so we’d stop calling… they just said they never found it. The exhaust fan in the bathroom does not work. If all you care about is the view, there are plenty you can choose from. They have cabinet lights in their bathroom on the 2nd floor that don’t even work. Most places let u check out at 11am… theirs is at 10am. Lesson learned… check reviews! Avoid negative or zero reviews. You go on vacation to have a good time not to be more stressed out.
