About this property

The apartment is a separate and private downstairs area of our house, with your own bathroom.. Parking is off the street, under a carport. Guests are welcome to use the garden space and walk the reserve at the back of the property. Lots of birdlife and when the huge macadamia trees are in flower, the black cockatoos come.. Friendly host, and the chance to have fresh lettuce and greens from the garden as well as enjoy fresh home eggs, when available. Blackout curtains are perfect for a good nights sleep, Centrally located, CBD being 10 minutes away by car.
Hand wash, and shower gel only are supplied. Please bring own toiletries, shampoo, etc.
The rooms are a work in progress as well as the garden. Renovations are being done on the house slowly. One lovely thick bath towel provided per person, hand wash, plus bath mat.
Double bed, as well as a single sofa bed. The sofa bed is suitable for children only, its not large. Electric barbecue available, just ask.
Coffee and tea, long life milk provided. Please let host know if you would prefer a plant milk and what type.
Our home is rural and surrounded by gardens and natural bushland so on occasion and despite our best efforts a stray spider or other nature loving critter may wander inside. The apartment is able to be booked for 7 night stay at max. If babies are staying , please let us know.

Cute little studio

This property is very small but very cosey. The host took the time to meet us at check in. She was very kind and friendly. The property was super super clean and comfortable despite its size. We felt cared for and will be back.

Our house is a work in progress, as is the apartment. We will make sure that there is no renovations occurring while we have guests! We are very friendly, have a wealth of local knowledge of things to do and see, walking trails, food, best beaches, etc. We are very happy to help you have the best stay possible.
