Beautiful condo, just 8 minutes from the beach, spacious and quiet. You will feel like you are in a resort. It is located in a very friendly and quiet area surrounded by palm trees.
You will enjoy the following:

-Large balcony with exits from the room and from the living room overlooking the pool. Free parking, 24-hour security. Close to everything, just a minute's walk from the beaches. Most beautiful in Punta Cana and all the commercial services, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and excursion companies.

-In-Suite Main Bedroom with AC and Smart TV.

-Walk In closet with plenty of space for all your luggage and clothes

-separated Laundry room washer/dryer

-Spacious Kitchen and Living room with AC and TV.

-fully equipmed kitchen - Microwave/Coffee maker/blender/cookware.

We are glad to provide the essentials as a welcome package, including a reasonable amount of toilet paper, soap and drinkable water. In case the guest run out of any of the above, they are expected to purchase their own after they use what is provided at the check in.

Great location, great facilities and very responsive property manager… only a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Complex has relaxing atmosphere and pool area. Pickle ball just over the street… looking at booking again next year!

C3 at palm suites was great. Bbq to use on the nights you don’t want to go out. Perfect for a single couple to stay. Host was always available to deal with any questions and prompt fixes. Socially an awesome daytime spot and you can’t beat the fact you get to play pickleball across the street . Would definitely stay again

Great condo, perfect location

The condo was exactly as described. The condo complex is clean, safe and everyone there was friendly. There are dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance and many more a short bus or Poppi ride away. The beach was close and we loved the beach club (free beach chairs if you order drinks or food)at 365 which is only about a block away. The hosts were easy to reach with questions and responded quickly. Highly recommend.

Unit was better than expected!

The unit had a very nice modern feel to iit! Sury our agent would get back to us very quickly and would answer any questions and did an awesome job to fix the TV! Only thing missing was a BBQ..our stay was for 9 days… will keep it mind for the future!

Great for the price point, great host

Had a wonderful time here. Few hiccups, but the price was great. First off, Sury was a wonderful host. Always quick to respond, and took care of any minor issues we had right away. The place was as advertised. Had pretty much everything we needed except we did have to buy a new water jug but was not a big deal and only cost 50 dop. The pool was amazing and we were able to utilize this anytime we were feeling the heat to much. El cortecito beach was within 6-8 min walk which was started in the listing. Could have used some directions though because we were not sure how to get there at first. Another thing to note about the beach is that most was private seating, and there was not really anywhere to buy chairs or umbrellas so we had to just use our towels to sit on which was not a big deal either but good to know. Could walk to small mini markets, and a few restaurants. Other restaurants and stuff were only like 3-6 min Uber so was perfect. One issue we had was the power went out two different times. The first time was during the night so we had no AC or fans that night which was not too fun. As soon as morning came, sury got back to us and it was fixed. The second time was at the end of our stay, and Sury was able to get it fixed relatively quickly. Other than this no other issues. We knew that at this price, we were not going to get a luxury apartment, but it was still well worth the minor hiccups because we could use the money we saved to go and do more things we wanted

I love the white sand, blue turquoise water, security and comfort that offered this condo. JUST A SHORT WALK TO SO MUCH within our fun, safe ex-pat neighbourhood of El Cortecito. Just 6 minute's walk from the beach and 4-10 minutes walk from 4-5 more beach accesses (with beach bars/restaurants), more than 40 dining options, a variety of shops, supermarkets, doctors, dentists, pharmacies, exchange houses/ATMs, gyms, spas, beauty salons, fruit stands, bakeries, recreational areas (tennis, basketball, children's games), a dive shop and much more! All within walking distance and within our fun, safe and famous HGTV BEACH-TOWNS!

You will have a beautiful pool view in your fully equipped bedroom and living room, a large kitchen fully equipped to cook, air conditioner in both: the master bedroom and living room. Sofa bed in the living room, spacious area, quiet place surrounded by beautiful palm trees, just 8 minutes walking you will have the most beautiful beaches, restaurants, gift shops, pharmacies and 10 minutes driving you will have the most famous supermarket from the Dominican Republic.
