The Osprey Lake Train Station offers an escape from the busy everyday life. No matter the season there is plenty to do including: ATVing, snowmobiling, fishing, hunting, biking, swimming, foraging, snowshoeing and exploring! Firewood included for the outdoor pit! There is also a pond with trout on the property!

Loved all the KVR memorabilia in and around the property. The caboose was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Sitting outside in the morning and at the end of the day was incredibly peaceful. Being able to ride our bikes from the caboose's front door to the KVR Trail minutes down the road was so convenient. Great place to stay!

Was a beautiful stay. Really enjoyed the caboose, very well done and cozy. Kitchen has a variety of supplies as well. Would recommend if you love being out in nature and wildlife - lots of deer! :)

Great little place to get away to, clean and had pretty much everything you need to prepare meals. Wifi was very unreliable, and no cell service. Road from Peachland is rough, the road from Summerland is a bit better but very twisty, just be prepared for gravel.

Fun Place to Stay!

What a fun, unique place to stay! The owners have done a fabulous job with small touches to make this a really fun train station. My 4 year old loved sleeping in the cupola (that the owners have built a safety railing to make it kid friendly) and using the ticket booth to pretend we were at a train station. The train is comfortable and quiet. The owners are very responsive! It's in a great location with easy, close access to the Kettle Valley Rail Trail and to Osprey lake for fishing and swimming. We also enjoyed the little farm stand around the corner where we bought eggs for breakfast. The caboose also has a covered outdoor space and bbq for additional space to spread out. Highly recommend checking this spot out!
