Sunny Cove is a beautiful 5-bedroom holiday rental perfectly equipped for families or groups, located just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Gippsland Lakes in Paynesville.

Nice, cosy, comfort,

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything, the fireplace, pool table, table tennis was really added to our comfort. The other good thing was about free Wi-Fi. Overall really good

family fun

The rooms were large and airy, with the 4/5 bedrooms well appointed and laid out well for multiple families. Enough space and welcoming options to to be together or find a nook on your own. The pool table was a hit with adults as was the ping pong table outside. Great back yard for playing chasey! A wonderful place for a family holiday.

Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family the dishwasher did not work although they tried to get it going for us so handwashing it was but that’s ok the location was good our fur child was welcomed and comfortable the only other problem was the bbq was very very greasy and not nice it took us quite a few times to get it clean

The only issue we had were there was no wood for the fireplace. There was old food and bits and pieces underneath the couch. The vacuum cleaner kept turning itself off so we were unable to give the house a vacuum when we left. I apologise, I think I forgot to turn the dishwasher on before we left.

A great rental for large groups

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes definitely a great rental for a large group. Lots of activities within the property - pool table, skittles, table tennis, darts, hookey and a few board games. Also two living areas and two outdoor spaces. One large outdoor space is undercover and would suit all-year-round use. Kitchen is well-equipped with tonnes of crochery, pots and pans and basic pantry stables. Note to access the 5th bedroom you have to go through the 4th - worked well for us but wouldn't suit everyone. The property is on the edge of town, but does make it quicker to get to Bairnsdale.

The house is perfectly set up for a large family holiday. Lots of wonderful toys and games are provided for children. The rooms are large and clean with plenty of comfortable beds for adults and kids. The outside spaces are all open and offer a variety of areas for games and eating. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and crockery and offers some basic condiments too. We have so enjoyed our stay there. Thankyou to the hosts for sharing their lovely home. The staff at the office in paynesville are also friendly and efficient. A great holiday destination. Cheers.
