Fingal Dawn - family friendly home, just 5 min walk from the beach!
This gorgeous Tri Level Duplex has an amazing entertaining roof top terrace, perfect for those summer nights and BBQs.
The location is virtually across the road from the sands of Fingal Bay Beach, with the Surf Patrolled Section, Cafe and Surf Club only a 4 minute level walk down the road. You couldn't find a better place to wake up on your holiday.
The ground level has the kitchen, coffee machine and a living and dining area with a secure courtyard for the kids to play, and an outdoor dining setting. Up to the first floor with the 4 bedrooms, featuring a Super King with walk-in robe and ensuite, Queen Bed room, Two Single Beds Room and the final room with one set of bunks.
Up again to the huge top level with kitchenette, lounge area, large screen TV, bar fridge, dining facilities and the roof top terrace with outdoor lounge, armchairs and BBQ.
With multiple living areas and all the little extras, this is the perfect holiday spot right next to one of Port Stephens most adored beaches.

Fantastic getaway
Fingal Dawn is a lovely property in a great location. The home is very comfortable, and clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The rooftop terrace adjoining the large living space was especially inviting. The home is a short level walk to beautiful Fingal beach and the surrounding cafes. Thanks for making everything so easy and enjoyable for us Jason, we will definitly book again.

Fabulous property for group weekend away
Our group of 7 stayed at Fingal Dawn for the weekend. Communication with host was great, property was lovely and clean and bedroom configuration was perfect for us. Bit of a climb from the ground floor to the third floor sun deck but the top floor layout was definitely the highlight. Could do with a few more kitchen items like pantry basics, salad bowls and platters, but will definitely consider staying here again.
