it was ok for me and my crew as there were a lot of beds and places to sleep, house is south of franklin and traffic is bad headed to nashville unless you leave early in the morning. We had a good stay

We’re glad to hear our home worked well for your crew and that the number of beds and sleeping areas made it comfortable for everyone — that’s something we’ve intentionally set up so groups can spread out and rest easily. For future guests, traffic conditions can vary depending on the time of day and local events, especially during peak hours. With light traffic, it typically takes about 20 minutes to get to Nashville, and around 30 minutes with normal traffic. During rush hour or major events, travel time can be longer. While traffic itself is outside of our control, many guests find that planning trips outside of peak hours or leaving earlier in the morning makes getting around much smoother. Using real-time traffic apps during your stay can also help with timing and route choices.

Perfect accommodations

A group of 12 of us came for a conference being held at a nearby church. This house accommodated our group perfectly. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably, and to move about with being crammed into tight spaces.

Rotten trash in the outside can when we arrived that smelled the whole place up. Nothing was updated. Showers are tiny. Water went from cold to hot without warning. Ren was great to work with, but I would not recommend anyone staying at this place

Great Location Near Graystone Quarry

If you are attending a wedding, event at Graystone Quarry this is the perfect location!Property is VERY DATED and needs much deferred maintenance. There IS NOT adequate kitchen wear (plates, cups, utensils, etc) to match the number of guest the house can accommodate. Wallpaper in one of the main floor bathrooms (back right rear bedroom bathroom) was peeling off the wall and appeared to be covered in the beginning stages of mildew.Bedding was comfortable and adequate.We reported no issues due to only being in town a couple of nights and not having time to secure another rental.

To clarify your comment about the kitchenware, the home is fully stocked with ample plates, cups, and utensils for the number of guests the property is designed to accommodate. After reviewing the inventory, we confirmed everything is in place. It’s worth noting that having additional, unregistered guests can understandably create the impression that supplies are lacking. As for the bathroom wallpaper, we’ve taken care of that. On June 2, 2025, we completed repairs in the back right bedroom's bathroom, including repairing the peeling wallpaper and treating the wall to eliminate all signs of mildew. That space is now clean, refreshed, and in great shape for future guests. We’re proud to offer a spacious, charming home in a prime location, and we’re always working to keep it in excellent condition.

Ranch house in Williamson county

We stayed three nights while visiting family in Franklin. The house was comfortable for the amount of people we had. The house was also clean. We were not able to get the dishwasher to start. Our inquiry was quickly responded to but we were still not able to get the dishwasher to work. The home could use some cosmetic updates but all and all it worked for our needs

Property is not 5 Star. Reality was not what was described nor accurately pictured on the site. The mature trees near the driveway have been photo shopped out. That was our first clue that this wasn't going to be as expected. I was concerned that the only usable entrance were steep concrete steps that had no railing. I had believed we would be able to enter from the deck using a sliding door. The sliding door was difficult to open and the door in the living room next to the fireplace basically had to be body slammed to open from the outside. Opening from the inside was not possible. The dishwasher was malfunctioning when we checked-in. The breaker had to be flipped to shut it down. No blow dryers were available as listed in the amenities. The bathroom windows did not have curtains so neighbors or anyone in the back yard could see in especially at night. The toilet in the Back bedroom SCREAMS after flushing. It should be in the details that one of the bedrooms is in the basement where there is no bathroom and you will hear the AC running loudly. All but 1 or 2 of the plugs in the basement are covered with white plates. Wifi does not reach all of the house.. the back bedrooms where very spotty. Ceiling fans were not secure and made awful noises and vibrations when in use. When trying to set up a DVD player for family movies we found a mouse trap on the fireplace brick. Out dated appliances with missing handles. All seem like small things that REALLY add up.

We aim for our listing descriptions and images to depict the reality of the property and feel as though they are accurate for what our guests can expect. We have not altered any images showing the property or building. The concrete stairs to access the home are in good, usable shape. We appreciate your feedback regarding the sliding door and can confirm that following your check-out, our maintenance team used WD-40 to lubricate the doors so they are easier to open and close. After you alerted our team regarding the dishwasher, we immediately arranged for someone to visit the home and fix the appliance. Thank you for letting us know about the hair dryer - we have added one to our inventory for the one that was missing. We have also installed a privacy film to the windows in the bathroom to provide more protection for guests while using it. Our maintenance team also checked on the toilets, which are all in good working order. We do clearly note where each of the bedrooms are located within the home in our listing description. We have had our maintenance team check on the outlets throughout the home, all of which are in good working order. We also note in our listing description that we have a 20mbps upload speed and 200 mbps download speed and that this speed will vary based on the number of devices connected to WiFi. The ceiling fan has been assessed by our maintenance manager and is in good working order as well. We have had our team check on every appliance and the only one that had any imperfections (the microwave missing a handle) has been fixed. All of our appliances, though older - are in excellent functioning order.

There were exposed rat/roach traps in some of the drawers and cabinets which was my biggest issue. The house is older which is typical of a farmhouse but there are a lot of repairs to be made. One of the shower doors is off track. Several cabinets in the bathroom don’t close and are blatantly broken. Paint is missing from a lot of the frames around the doors. The yard is in desperate need of some attention. The fire pit was sat in the driveway and the grass is so tall and there are tree limbs everywhere there was also no chairs for the fire pits like displayed in the photos. The house is a nice size for larger groups. I think with some care and attention this could be a really nice property.

We want future guests to have a clear and accurate picture of our home, so we’ll address each concern directly. Our home is a rustic farmhouse-style property, and while it has that older charm, it is maintained with care. Following this stay, we completed a full walkthrough with our team on April 1 to verify every item mentioned. Regarding pest control, service was professionally completed on April 1, and all traps are placed discreetly as part of standard preventative care. The note about the shower door being off track was checked on April 1, and it was confirmed to be fully functional and properly aligned. Bathroom cabinets were also inspected the same day, and none were found to be broken—everything was confirmed to be in working order. We did identify some minor paint touch-ups needed on door frames, and those will be addressed ASAP As for the yard, seasonal lawn care and cleanup (including mowing and clearing tree limbs) were started April 1st 2025. The fire pit is positioned as shown in the listing photos, and the chairs provided for outdoor dining are designed to be easily moved and used around the fire pit as well. Our home is spacious and designed to comfortably host larger groups, and we continue to actively maintain and improve it so guests can enjoy both the charm and functionality of the space.

Very cool property located 15-30 mins from tons of nice places to eat/explore…but not super updated or maintained. Could use a deep clean and landscape cleanup, but overall fine! The host was very responsive and helpful. Basement was perfect for kids to play in. Neighbors have animals to watch and sunsets were beautiful on the back deck. Beds were very comfy!

Our home is a farmhouse-style property with a spacious layout, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for families to spread out and enjoy—especially the basement and outdoor areas. Regarding cleanliness, we always implement a detailed cleaning checklist with our cleaning and maintenance team to ensure consistency and high standards across every stay. In addition to our standard turnover process, a full deep cleaning of the home was completed on April 7, going above and beyond to ensure every area is thoroughly refreshed and detailed for incoming guests. For the outdoor space, landscaping and lawn care were completed on April 1, including mowing and general cleanup, so the yard is maintained and ready to enjoy. We continue to stay proactive with upkeep so guests can enjoy both the character of our home and a clean, well-maintained environment.
