Both the kitchen and baths have been recently remodeled and show the owners pride of ownership. Sit back and relax while you take a break from the beach and pools in the living area which offers seating for 6 guests. The dining area and kitchen offer seating for 10 guests comfortably and boasts a fully stocked kitchen perfect for those evenings you may like to enjoy a night in and prepare a meal. Both bedrooms are roomy offering a primary bedroom with king bed and private bath and second bedroom with 2 twins and a twin rollaway bed.

*Coastal Resort is proud to offer a 5 Star Deluxe Linen package to all guests staying with us at the Quay. Our 5 Star Deluxe Linen package includes luxurious 750 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and towel sets for all guests.

The Quay is a highly desirable oceanfront building located on 107th Street offers indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room saunas in both public restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch open seasonally!

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries!

*Your reservation includes a $75 registration fee. The Quay building charges $60 building registration fee per additional vehicle. Additional parking spaces are available through security office on a first come first served basis. Secondary spaces are not guaranteed.
