The open living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter, dining area and full-bathroom. There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the direct ocean and beach views. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, television, ensuite half-bathroom and a nice view of the bay. Building amenities include an indoor pool, multiple elevators, onsite parking, beachfront sundeck, hot tub and outside showers. Location is close to restaurants, shopping and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage.
