Property was in a good location for events in the downtown area. However, it was not very clean and the parking garage is very small so wouldn’t recommend driving a large vehicle.

This VRBO is located in the best location for Comerica park, Caesars palace and the Detroit transit system, however it was sadly filthy. I communicated with Great Stays listing our disappointments to include dirty dishes, floors and items not working etc. Great stays promptly responded with what appeared to be an auto apology, to no avail we still needed a place to stay. I give it a three star.With Detroit being a beautiful clean and renovated city, we wish others would take pride as well.

The stay was great. There were a few details to note. The pictures within VRBO did not match to the actual site. One bedroom was supposed to include 4 bunk beds, but only had a single bed. In addition, we had trouble with the thermostats and so it was hot. Overall, we enjoyed our service and stay.

Fantastic stay for visiting Comerica Park

This place was awesome and the perfect location for our trip. My 9yo nephew and I took a trip to Detroit to see some baseball at Comerica Park. It’s less than a 10 min walk to the ballpark, which was exactly why I booked it. My nephew loved having a choice of two bunk beds — plenty of space to sprawl out while we were at home relaxing. The place was extremely clean and well kept. The only watch out I had is that there is NO STREET PARKING in the neighborhood — it’s all zoned for permits only. The garage instructions said it would fit a small car but I was able to squeeze in a mid-sized SUV (Pathfinder). All in all it was a great stay and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a trip downtown Detroit.
