This is our second or third time staying at this location it works great for a family as I have family that lives 3 minutes down the road. I think the location is ready for a deep clean though carpets are awfully dirty and the walls are pretty nasty.
A great place to stay at with family that have little children or for adults.
The place was in a great location, Very clean enough space for me and my family.
Overall, we had a great time with the ping pong table and the board games provided to us the only thing I can really say I didn't like, was the shower pressure.

Location was excellent. Neighborhood was quite, although one neighbor parked in the house driveway. House was perfect but pictures on site are not exactly what you are getting. The one ping pong table in the garage has a single light bulb for the entire garage which makes enjoying a game very difficult because you can hardly see the ball. There were only 3 good balls the rest were destroyed and left on the table. The shower heads are set low so if you are over 5'-9", be prepared to have to squat or lean over to take a shower. Toilets are not installed correctly so it feels like you may fall off. There are shampoo, soap and conditioner dispensers in the showers that have old nasty looking liquids in them. Will have to say the beds are comfortable. You have to figure out a way to plug in the sofa if you want to extend the leg rest. Overall pleased with house but not blown away.
This was a amazing experience, clean house and lots of fun perfect location we was never bored has everything you need for a getaway the only thing that was a problem was the heat at night. It has its own AC settings so at night you were sweating and very hot but other than that it was a perfect house. I would definitely look this place again.
We had a great time this weekend! The house was very clean, had all of the supplies we needed, and easy to get around town. The only suggestion we have is to leave info on how to work the TV!! (But that’s no big deal!)
My family and I stayed for 9 days. The rooms were spacious. The AC wasn't cooling but I got an immediate reply and it was fixed immediately. I think the fridge door needs to be moved to open differently because it is hard to access it. I could not get the wifi to work but we did not really need it, therefore I did not notify anyone. Location was good, short drive to major theme parks. Stores were close if groceries were needed. Quiet neighborhood. It felt very safe. My children enjoyed the ping pong table. We did not use the patio. Overall, it was a good experience.

Needs some work
This property photographs better than actually is. You can tell that some of the maintenance work was done by a do-it-yourself or rather than a professional. It did have a new roof but the exterior yard was rather sloppy. Both tub nozzles were very very loose and you needed to hold on to the nozzle in order to pull up the lever to activate the shower. Also the shower heads need to be replaced in both of them as they were not comfortable at all. It is a fair price but with just a bit of work it could be a very great spot.

slow response
When we arrived Friday evening we were unable to connect to the internet. Also the home looked like it had not been vacuumed with living room rug linty and twisted, other floors dusty. We had no kitchen towels and there were four of us staying there and each had only one bath towel. We emailed the contact and didn't hear from anyone until Monday which was 3 days after we had arrived. No one came until 4 days later to check the internet and give us a new username and password, left kitchen towels and vacuumed. Very disappointed in the response time. Areas of the home should be cleaned more thoroughly. On the positive side, the home is decorated very cute with the "Pong" theme.
Nice house overall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are so comfy. You’ll definitely get a good nights rest. The ping pong set up in the garage is great but the outdoor table unfortunately has been destroyed by the elements. I’d come prepared to provide your own trash bags as there was only 1 for the main trash can in the kitchen. Bring toilet paper. We were there a week with 3 people and a guest over one night and ran out quickly. They only provide 1 roll per bathroom. The hot/cold on the showers is kinda temperamental but once you get the hang of it you can dial it in. The big screen was really nice but the tv remote had no batteries so I bought some and left them for the next guest. The trash was pretty confusing on the last day. There was no trash can to put it all in. We found where the previous guest left there’s by the gate and unfortunately had to follow suit.

April 2024 San Antonio Stay at Pong
We were a little surprised by the condition of the property as the listing gave it 5 stars.
The property is a bit run down and needs maintenance. The grass was 6 inches high. The ping pong table in the back yard was rotting and falling apart. The door frame in the bathrooms had water damage because of improperly installed tub surrounds. Shower diverter in both bathrooms was not working properly. The kitchen fridge door opened toward the wall, which made it difficult to access. Simply switching the hinge to the other side would make it much easier to access.
The cleanliness of the unit also left something to be desired. A/C vents were filthy, dishes were put back in the cupboards dirty, garbage was left in the garage and there was something brown and gooey on the kitchen floor. There was one dish towel that should be thrown out. My husband uses rags to change our car's oil that looked better than the one that was there.
After going to the store to pick up cleaning supplies (sponges, kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent and disinfectant wipes) and spending an hour of our time cleaning, the place was habitable.
One good thing I agree with was the beds were comfortable.
