The deluxe beachfront Ocean View apartment accommodation is a cosy hotel room with two double beds, a work desk and a furnished balcony overlooking the ocean & beach. It also has a relaxing shower bath, flat-screen TV, internet and some general kitchen items. You also have access to a gym, lounge / dining deck and open-air Jacuzzis.

This is a cosy hotel room on the 13th floor (southern side). It’s a sunlit space with city and ocean views from the furnished balcony. The room includes two double beds, a work desk and a small sitting area. The bathroom has floor-to-ceiling tiles and a shower bath. There is no laundry.

Baggage Storage: For security reasons we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out.
- Ideally located in surfers, quiet, south side of building on 13th floor. Secure undercover parking is available for $25 daily (max) and over the road at council parking lot starting at $5/12 hours. metered street parking available. Cypress Gardens Carpark is $9 per day and free at night.
- No smoking is allowed in the room or on the balcony. No pet is allowed.
- Walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bottle shops, restaurants, takeaways, light rail, car rental, entertainment (nightclubs / bars, Ripley's, Escape Rooms, mini-golf).
Door cards pickup information will be sent to guests a few days before check in, they are not available from hotel reception. If either door key fail to work during your stay, you may have them re-keyed at front desk between the hours of 9am-5pm only.
- You receive 2 door swipe cards that gets you after hours entry into the building, access to your room, 13th floor and amenities. A $30 charge will occur if any cards are lost or taken home. A $50 call out fee will occur during your stay if key is lost or locked in room. There is a $100 call out fee. Lost towels fee $30. Occupants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

Incorrect destruction
We booked level 13 as advertised but were in level 9 instead. It was listed as "ocean view" which is incorrect because you can see a little ocean if u go outside belcony and look right far away and with many buildings infront. Parking was not available and we paid daily rate of $25 for the 8 days. The heating was not working which we communicated along with everything else I wrote but nothing was done.
