We wish you had reached out during your stay, as we did not receive any communication at the time. The pool and hot tub are now fully operational.-We will carefully inspect the bed's box spring to ensure its condition meets our standards, and if necessary, we will replace it to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.-Unfortunately, the noise from the street is beyond our control.
