A family owned business for 20 years - We are located in the heart of Wasaga Beach approximately 5-minute walk to the main area #1. This cottage is a smaller 3-bedroom great for 6 people but there is also an extra sofa bed if you would like to add two extra guests. Each cottage has a full kitchen, stove, fridge and microwave. Free Parking (2) per cottage and Shared Free BBQ usage. We include linens, pillows, utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans. Please bring your own towels, soap, shampoo & bathroom tissue. Pets and Visitors are an extra fee please let us know if you are adding a pets or extra guests. Yes we have wifi

Please note we have a FIRM strict cancellation policy.

This is a classic style Wasaga Beach cottage court. This is a 3-bedroom with sofa bed can sleep 6 people. Our customers enjoy coming back every year and we hope you will too!

The place looks ok from the outside, nice big trees, cozy, quiet, close to the beach, quick check in, there’s a place to park your car. But it all changes once you unlock the door to the cottage, it’s the worst place I have ever stayed at, dirty, smells bad, I’m sure the floor has not been cleaned in ages, had to buy my own comforter, bed linens, pillow cases so I can sleep, had to disinfect most surfaces like table, kitchen counter, etc. on top of all of this they check you out at 10 AM, I never heard of this before, like literally never. Other than the beach there’s absolutely nothing to do, so if you’re planning to sleep at a dirty place and get bored as hell, make sure to come to this place😁

Cozy and Convenient Beach Cottage

We had a great stay at this beach cottage! The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the main tourist beach area. The cottage was very clean, and the photos in the listing were accurate, which we appreciated. The staff were friendly, and booking was a breeze with good communication throughout. The cottage comfortably slept 5 adults, but any more might have felt too crowded, mainly due to the small common areas and the fact that there's only one small bathroom. The kitchenette is quite tiny, with room for just one person to cook/wash at a time. The coffee pot was a small "coffee-for-two" size, but filters were provided, which was a nice touch. We suggest bringing dish cloths, tea towels, hand towels, dish soap, and baking pans if you plan to use the oven. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the strong wifi signal was a plus. We enjoyed the outdoor space, with a picnic table and umbrella on our deck, as well as a fire pit with lawn chairs and a shared BBQ area. The bedrooms each had a comfortable double bed, but there's not much room for anything else—no night tables, just the bed, which is typical for a beach cottage of this size. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful at night, and the other guests were friendly. Overall, this cottage offered that "classic Wasaga Beach experience". We appreciated the accuracy of the listing, and the little details that made our stay comfortable. We'd happily stay here again!

Tout était parfait, le seul négatif c’est qu’il manquait d’équipement, aucun rouleau de papier de toilette à notre arrivé, on était 6 et pas assez de vaisselle (couteaux par exemple) pour 6, il y avait vraiment juste le minimum, pas de coupe de vin, seulement 4 tasses… mais très propre et bien positionné, on a adoré notre sejour

Déçu de l’intérieur du chalet

La plage est super bien mais Le chalet a besoin de grosse rénovation ,mal équipé,pas rien pour nettoyer ,vaisselle insuffisante ,besoin de peinture fraîche ,évier coule ,des bibittes dans le lit ,douche fonctionne mal..ce n’est pas la première fois que nous louons des chalets au fil des ans ,jamais vu de si mal entretenu….les gens d’entretien sont très gentils par contre
