ACCESS
Guest will be given the code to obtain access. You must sign and return pre-arrival paperwork, including a rental agreement, to obtain all checkin papers.

SNOWBIRD RENTALS
This condo is available for monthly rental for snow birds from December - March. Please inquire with me for a monthly winter rate.

We have 10 beautiful homes with gorgeous views available within Asheville, Weaverville and Burnsville North Carolina.
We have one other 3 bedroom, oceanfront condo, in Myrtle Beach, and one private home in the Poconos, Pennsylvania.

I have property managers and a handy man in available in case a need arises during your stay.
