This unit is in a spectacular section of the Queen's Grant community, one of the closest to the beach, the Dunes House, as well as the General Store, Tennis Center, and Golf Clubhouse.

The spacious living room is has a cathedral ceiling, large flat screen TV, ample seating, and access to the private deck. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding as well. The kitchen has been tastefully updated with newer cabinets and appliances. There is a washer and dryer located in the kitchen as well. The deck has an outdoor dining area for true indoor/outdoor living.

The master bedroom has a King bed, Flat Screen TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Full beds, a Flat Screen TV, and a hallway bath. Upstairs there is a third bedroom which has 2 twin beds and a Flat Screen TV. This unit is perfect for an extended family or a family with more than two children who are looking for ample living space without renting a large home.

579 Queens Grant is nearby to the Palmetto Dunes general store, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. The pool is just a short walk away, the beach is also within walking distance, and shuttle service is available during the summer season.

The Palmetto Dunes Resort Area is a world- class oceanfront destination with three miles of white sand beach, three world-class golf courses, and a tennis academy. Kayak through an 11-mile lagoon system. Enjoy miles of bike paths, fishing, and beautiful water fowl habitat. Fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment are all nearby. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, water sports, tours, and activities for kids.

Good, Clean Family & Pet Friendly

We had a great experience at this property. Check in was easy, property management staff was responsive and the property was as described from the accommodations to the bikes and beach chairs. And it is close to the beach. Palmetto Dunes is the best with beach access and lots of walking/biking paths.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 4 weeks at this property. It was clean and in excellent condition! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! Love the private deck area, especially if you had a pup that needs to go out! Very close to beach, restaurants and mini golf! Not one negative thing to say! Loved this place!

Queens Grant perfect location

Great Home...Had difficulty getting the beach pass and after driving to Island Rentals they gave me the incorrect one so I had to make another trip to get eh correct pass...Other than that the house was absolutely perfect!

Family trip

The condo was awesome. We went to four different pools to find a semi clean one. We went to the office and the lady was very hateful, she said if you are a Vrbo customer then call them.
