Modern American kitchen open to a bright living room overlooking the 40 m2 garden-terrace facing south-west without vis-à-vis.
1 bedroom with a large 160 cm bed.
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90 cm.
1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds of 90 cm.
1 bathroom with bathtub + 1 shower room with WC
A separate toilet.
All bedrooms have large sliding closets.
Accessible disabled.
Car not essential, close to all shops, beaches and port. Arrival possible on foot via the SNCF train station (10 mins on foot).
Near railroad side terrace, low nuisance. Listed very quiet rooms because overlooking the dead end.

Excellente location de rêve

Nous avons passé de nouveau un séjour dans cet appartement d'un très grand confort rien ne manquait ( espace, clim, internet, terrasse, TV dans 3 pièces, propreté, emplacement parking couvert). Tous les ingrédients de bonnes vacances ont été réunis. La plage est à proximité, les commerces sont proches, un immense marché du Dimanche matin est installé tout le long de la mer de ST RAPH au port de FREJUS le bonheur assuré, sans oublier les diverses animations avec les restaurants et les boutiques. De nombreuses visites sont à exploiter.

Location propre, spacieuse et calme, proche de toutes commodités. ( gare SNCF et routière à 7 mins à pied, centre ville à 5 mins, plage idem). Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et je recommande cette location sans réserve. Nous y retournerons....

C'est avec plaisir que nous sommes revenus dans cet appartement pour la troisième fois! Confortable, bien situé, spacieux pour notre grande famille, bien équipé. Il y a toujours de nouvelle choses à voir ou à faire dans la région, sur la côte et dans l'arrière-pays. Nous apprécions aussi la qualité des échanges par e-mail avec les propriétaires et la présence du voisin qui s'occupe de donner les clefs et qui est disponible pendant le séjour en cas de soucis. C'est une location à recommander!

Trés bonne surprise, location au "top"

Appartement très agréable, confortable, très bien aménagé, très bien entretenu, calme, immeuble bien entretenu également. Tout est bien organisé pour faciliter le séjour. L'accueil sur place est sympathique, disponible, courtois et nous donne toutes les informations nécessaires pour le bon déroulement du séjour. Proximité des commerçants (on peut tout faire à pied) de même la proximité de la mer. Nous recommanderions cette location à des amis. (nous mêmes avons déjà posé une option pour l'année prochaine). Merci au propriétaire et à son contact sur place, nous avons passé un très bon mais trop court séjour faute de temps.

Appartement tout confort

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines en couple dans cet appartement de standing très bien entretenu et comptons bien y retourner en 2015. Le vaste espace des pièces, les 2 salles d'eau ( Douche et Baignoire ) ainsi que la grande terrasse sans vis-à-vis ont été fortement appréciés et les trains passants n'ont été d'aucune gêne. Les chambres situées à l'opposé sont au calme. La grande TV écran plat, la climatisation, l'accès Internet en wifi ou Ethernet en amenant un cordon et une petite TV dans la chambre principale nous ont ravis. Dans la cuisine, tout le matériel nécessaire est à notre disposition, rien ne manque. De nombreux placards et meubles nous permettent de ranger largement tout le contenu de nos valises. Un emplacement de parking couvert dans la résidence est également inclus avec la voiture à l'abri et en sécurité. L'immense plage est à proximité ainsi que le centre ville avec le grand marché du Dimanche matin bordant la mer jusqu'à Fréjus. L'implantation d'un Hypermarché Géant, Intermarché, les Halles et un monoprix nous ont permis de nous approvisionner facilement pour nos courses. Les propriétaires sont charmants et répondent très rapidement à nos différentes questions sans oublier notre contact, le voisin fort accueillant et disponible sur place.

Appartement conforme à la description (d'ailleurs très bien faite), spacieux, confortable, propre, bien aménagé, vaisselle en quantité suffisante, excellente situation, facile à trouver, très près du port et des plages, près de la gare SNCF et de la gare routière. Commerces à proximité. De plus, la ville de Saint-Raphaël est bien située entre Saint-Tropez et Cannes. Une seule petite info à rajouter: le parking intérieur est limité à 1.95 m de hauteur. Sinon,contact facile par e-mail avec la propriétaire, documentation bien faite, la personne de contact sur place est dévouée.

Superbe location

Vaste appartement, très bien équipé et très bien entretenu, avec de nombreux rangements. Situé à quelques minutes à pied du bord de mer, de ses boutiques, de ses nombreux restaurants et de son animation. On peut laisser la voiture au parking, ce qui est plus qu'appréciable. Excellent contact avec le propriétaire qui nous a fourni de nombreuses informations. Et cerise sur le gâteau, un voisin charmant et attentionné qui a tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Location à recommander sans réserve !

Ce vaste appartement est parfaitement adapté à un séjour familial. La cuisine est très bien conçue et possède tout le nécessaire pour la préparation de repas (même sophistiqués). L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre ville et des commerces. Il est aussi important de noter qu'il est très calme et très bien entretenu. Nous recommandons le marché des Halles situées place de la République pour leurs produits frais. Nous avons passé des vacances de Noël réussies ; Merci!
