Welcome to our private basement suit w/separate entrance & AC. Enjoy the entire suite to yourselves! It's beautiful, cozy & modernly decorated. Keyless entry.

Located in the NW. Only 15min from YYC & 15min to HWY 1 west to the mountains.

Spacious bedroom w/king bed, 55" TV. Ceiling is very high, won’t feel like you are in a basement. Get comfortable in the spacious living room w/queen sofa bed & enjoy a movie on the 65" TV watching Netflix (personal sign-in required). High speed. Spa shower.

Lovely Basement Suite!

Our stay here was 10/10! I would definitely stay here again if I come to Calgary. The host was very easy to contact when we needed to and the place was lovely, very clean and matched the pictures!
