Backing the grand room is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and necessities required to make complete meals with the same comfort as your own home. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Resort Trash Rules: All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash bench by the front door for collection.

Resort Parking Rules: The resort only allows 3 cars. DO NOT block the sidewalk or park on the street as you will be fined.
