The All-New Summer House on Romar Beach has recently undergone a beautiful refresh, featuring both structural and cosmetic upgrades to the building. Guests will notice fresh exterior updates, improved common areas, and thoughtful enhancements throughout the property—all designed to elevate the comfort and experience of staying at this beloved Orange Beach destination.



Summer House 405A is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo with incredible views from the 4th floor.



Unit Features:



• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom



• Tile flooring is in the main living areas and carpet is in the bedrooms



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining area seats six with two additional barstools



• Washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living area has a sleeper sofa



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom features two queen-size beds



• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out



• Guests are provided a maximum of two parking passes upon arrival. Monthly guests are required to purchase passes on a monthly basis ($50/car/month, maximum of two cars)

Beautiful beachfront property

This was our first time to Orange Beach and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean. Spacious. Amazing view. The pool was great and the beach was within steps. Property was clean and everyone very friendly. The condo was a quick walk to some souvenirs stores and short drive to great food options. Can’t wait for next year!

Good location; great view of the Gulf

Everything was great. Would have given a 5 star rating but the drainage in tub/shower was slow. The bedroom carpet had several stains and probably needs replacing. Otherwise, it was a great condo.

The location on the beach was great. The condo was very nice and roomy. It was very clean except for the guest bathroom tub/shower was left dirty and dingy. Very not pleased with that. There was no cleaning supplies anywhere so I had to go to the store to buy supplies. Also the glass door to the balcony was very hard to open. It took 2 of us to do so.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. We love it. Very convenient to everything. The main issue we had was we couldn’t open the door to the patio from the living room. It was extremely hard. So we had to go thru the master bedroom to go out on the balcony. The drain in the hallway bathroom bathtub is extremely slow. Had to take showers in the master bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay & if those things had been fixed it would have been perfect. We didn’t report the problems during our stay because we just wanted to relax. We will definitely return but hope those issues will be fixed.

Room was great, but wouldn't stay at the property again.

The room itself was great! The bathrooms and TV's could use some updating but other than that, we loved the room. But we will not be staying at the Summer House property again. For one, there are only two elevators. Either one or both of them were broken/down every single day of our stay. Which, with two wagons, a large cooler, and two babies, made it impossible to take the stairs. So we were stuck waiting for sometimes 30 min or more to even get onto the elevators. I met a family who owns a room at Summer House and they say it's a recurring issue. Another major issue was the lack of parking. The majority of our week, when we got back to the condo (which wasn't very late at all because we have babies with us), the parking lot was already full. We had to go to the overflow parking across the street and walk two babies across a busy 4 lane highway. I feel as if there had to have been people there not abiding by the "two car rule". Either way, we love Orange Beach, and this room being right on the ocean was wonderful! Unfortunately, the ocean was a "purple flag" all week, and was full of jellyfish. Two of us got pretty bad stings when we were out just knee deep trying to cool off. Needless to say, the pool was beyond packed all week due to high heat and being unable to enjoy the ocean. We are excited to visit Orange Beach again in the future, but unfortunately, it will not be at Summer House.
