Pointe Santo de Sanibel offers elegant island villas complete with panoramic views of the Gulf of America and every luxury amenity that the vacationer could wish for: dramatic Spanish architecture, heated swimming pool, whirlpool, beautiful shelling beaches, tennis courts, shuffleboard, nearby sailboat and bike rentals and more in a beautiful ten-acre landscaped setting around a peaceful lagoon.

The master bedroom suite has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has double and twin beds and private entrance to the guest bath. There is a twin size sofa sleeper in the den. The apartment is fully furnished for your comfort. We have 5 flat panel TVs, 2 DVD's with smart tv access, 2 stereo/CDs, washer/dryer, and can accommodate up to five people.

We had a great stay at Pointe Santo. The property and condo are wonderfully restored to what it was and better. I would say Pointe Santo is back in business. New paths, new lights on the paths, planted lots of palm trees, pool nicely restored, new pavillion, new grills, and the beach was great!!

We loved staying at this location. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and provided so much great information for us as to what to do and where to eat on. I would say the unit actually exceeded my expectations and was perfect for my family of 5. We would certainly recommend this to anyone and consider it again should we decide to return.

The owners were great to work with, location was amazing, we biked everywhere! It would be great to have some Tupperware in the unit to use. Grab extra TP, ziplocks and Saran Wrap. Amazing trip, condo and grounds were great, would definitely recommend!

Wonderful location and condo

Pointe Santo is in a great location on Sanibel - you can bike to nearly anything right from the property and you can't beat the beach access. The condo was perfect for our family and was in very good condition. Kathy was great - very accessible for questions leading up to our stay.

This was our first stay at B22, although we have been at Pointe Santo many times and always love it. This unit was very clean, and as advertised. We loved the extra den area for a quiet reading corner, or a private mini bedroom thanks to the fold out oversized chair. Loved the beach chairs which seemed new & in good repair. This unit fit our needs beautifully. So well, in fact, that we have already rebooked for next year! Thank you for letting us stay in B22!

We loved our stay!

Every thing was just as advertised! We have stayed in many of the condos at Pointe Santo and B22 did not disappoint! Easy access to the pool, beach and many restaurants. We also loved the ease of check in. No keys- just a code and no extra stops to hinder us from getting to the beach ASAP.

Pointe Santo - Best place on the Island

We really enjoy the condo. This is the 5th or 6th time we have rented this specific condo. Beautiful view of the gulf and the complex. Well equipped and nicely decorated. Thanks for a great time and sharing your condo with us!

Nicely furnished but...

This condo is nicely furnished but needs some deep cleaning or renovation. Floors and furniture need cleaning. Main problem was with an odor coming up the second day or so. Also there is a slight error in the lock instructions. Turning clockwise to lock instead of counterclockwise.

We had the BEST time staying at Pointe Santo in unit B22. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The condo was even better in person than the pictures and so conveniently located to restaurants, the beach and the pool. It was a vacation we will never forget. Our hosts were wonderful, they went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed and answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to coming back!!!

Wonderful location centrally located on the island.

The unit was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen including a traditional coffee pot and a Keurig. There were 5 beach chairs and an umbrella for use. The walk to the pool and beach was a breeze. The lounge chairs on the edge of the beach gave us so much flexibility to enjoy the gulf without being directly in the sand. I highly recommend the resort and the unit.

Lovely condo at Pointe Santo

We very much enjoyed our stay in unit B22. The owners were quick to respond, and the condo is in excellent condition, just as pictured in the listing photos. This was our first time at Pointe Santo, and we enjoyed the beautiful grounds and quiet nature of the property. It was quite close to the beach and featured complimentary chairs near the beginning of the sand. The pool itself is very nice, although for a property this size, there needs to be additional chairs or another pool, etc. We were able to take advantage of the roof-top chairs and loungers at the clubhouse. Our children much appreciated the kid’s club options on several days, and the delivered Easter treat bags were a nice extra touch. We would definitely stay here again. And of course, Sanibel Island itself is a gem, with a laid-back, non-commercial feel and wonderful local restaurants and businesses. Don’t miss out on taking a tram tour through the J “Ding” Darling nature preserve.
