‘On Weyba’ 233 Weyba Road Noosaville, is less than a 7 minute walk from the Noosa River foreshore, restaurants, cafes’, boutique shops, boat rental, water sports and swimming beach that Gympie Terrace is famous for.

This townhouse apartment features upstairs master suite with power operated beds making up to a queen bed, private screened balcony with a view of Lake Weyba, power operated roller shutter blinds for added privacy and security, a wall hung Smart Television, ensuite with walk-in shower and twin vanity, second bedroom with a queen bed with a wall hung Television, second bathroom with walk-in shower.

Third bedroom is currently set up as a study, with internet connections. There is also an option to hire a single bed to accommodate an extra person in this room. (request basis only)

Downstairs features beautifully appointed and furnished new kitchen, living and dining areas flowing to the outdoor undercover entertaining area with a private plunge pool and water feature.

Fully ducted air conditioned for comfort throughout plus ceiling fans in all rooms and double-glazed windows and roller shutter blinds for added security and privacy.

There’s a bus stop located at the front of the complex, walking distance to Aldi supermarket and Noosaville Shopping Centre. Sunday Farmers markets just a 5 minute walk.

Secure garaging for one car only any extra vehicles to be parked in a private car space secured.

This property is in a gated secure community with electronic entry gates. Allows 1 small dog on application – Pet fee applies $100

Note: a non refundable booking fee applies for all bookings, plus cleaning fee where applicable.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm.
