Jabiru is a private undetached pavillion style holiday home in a private gated estate. This modern new home has 3x Bedrooms, 2x spacious bathrooms and private laundry facilities. The gourmet kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine. The living and dining areas open to an inviting covered verandah with outdoor lounges, 4 Sunlounges & dining for 6. Also a Weber BBQ for outdoor dining. Cable TV, & Wifi are also included. All furniture & bedding are new. The heated wet-edge pool overlooks an award winning Golf Course & large pond...perfect for bird watching. House is also a 2 min walk to Golf Clubhouse which is open 6am-6pm serving Breakfast, Lunch, coffee & cocktails...
