Very clean and comfortable. A beautiful place to stay over for the weekend while attending events, visiting family or friends. Or just a staycation near the city.
Tram 57 stop right in front, only 15mins direct to CBD. Directly opposite the Royal Children Hospital and walking distance to Melbourne Uni, Royal Park Nature Playground and Melbourne Zoo.
Secured covered carpark available. Up to 2m height.
Please note strictly NO SMOKING and NO SHOES in property.
