Stay in and enjoy a cup of coffee in this cozy hideout or go explore Hyde Park, the vibrant SoHo district, beautiful Bayshore Blvd, or world famous Bern's Steakhouse!

The Space:
This 1st floor one-bed one-bath unit features a full kitchen, one queen bed in the bedroom, one queen pull-out sofa in the living room and one full bathroom allowing up to 4 guests to stay comfortably. The Queen bed is adjustable and can be controlled by the remote next to the bed!

This newly updated space contains a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, Brita water filter, Keurig, and a starter supply of coffee essentials and toiletries. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and a smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps!

The kitchenette features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the supplies you might need to cook up your favorite meal!

There is a shared washer and dryer attached to the unit. They are located to the left of the home, underneath the stair case. A starter-pack of complimentary laundry supplies will be provided for you inside of your unit. Please note the laundry area is shared with others.

Enjoy one designated, off-street parking space right next to your front door. There is free street parking as well if you have an extra vehicle.

Guests will receive a 6 digit access code to enter the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Beautiful Bayshore Blvd is just a few blocks from your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Blvd is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village - just a short walk away - is a bustling hot spot for delicious dining, unique coffee shops, desirable boutiques, and vibrant bars! A variety of family-friendly parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less!

Some of our teams' favorite nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa!

Getting Around:
Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are also self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

- Please note there is a long term tenant that lives in the 2nd floor apartment
- SMOKING: this is a NON smoking property, smoking inside the unit will result in a $250 fine
- PETS: 1 dog under 30 lbs is allowed at this property. Pet fee is $15 per day
- TRASH INFO: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the driveway
