Location location location! Sunny townhome on quaint brick street neighborhood in South Tampa. The townhome is in walking distance to dozens of restaurants, Bayshore Blvd, Soho / Howard, Hyde Park, and Palma Ceia. Only 2 miles to downtown Tampa. This home has 2 bds, 1.5 bths, high speed wifi internet, smart TV with any app you could want, external monitor for connecting to laptop, original wood floors and a private, fully gated backyard. It's 1/2 of a duplex and the walls aren't too thick fyi.
