Treeverb Beach House : Hexagonal Beach house in the Daintree

The entire property is exclusively yours.
Hotel quality linen and towels are provided.

On the lower level, the fully fitted kitchen opens out to an outdoor Pavillion. A space for the entire family, with bbq, pizza grill, large table, chairs, fans and hammocks. You'll also find a quality bluetooth speaker and led lighting to set the mood.
Also on the lower level next to the open kitchen you'll find the bathroom which has a large open bath with double rain head showers, a separate toilet and vanity area, and a private bedroom with queensize bed and a flat screen TV with media player.

The upper floor is vast with glass doors on 3 sides, opening onto the wraparound verandah with rainforest views and ocean breezes.
There is a King-sized bed, single day bed and comfortable couches.
A large flat screen TV with DVD player and another quality bluetooth speaker.

In the evening you'll hear nothing but the peaceful sound of the waves on the beach and maybe a cassowary or orange footed scrub :)

A place for quiet

Location magical and full of fauna from the monitor lizards to the bats. Clean air and very restful. Lucky we were in a season of no flies or mozzies so it was overall a wonderful time. Short 1 minute drive to a beautiful beach.

Absolutely stunning!

Ah it was just glamour! So close to the beach. Plenty of goanna spotting and the house had everything we needed. We’ll be back for sure!

A secluded house in the middle of the rainforest

The house is surrounded by Daintree forest. As described, the bottom floor (kitchen and amenities) is open to nature, and some interesting wildlife came to visit (mainly geckos, but also fireflies and spiders). The location is excellent for exploring the Daintree.

Stay amongst the rainforest

We loved our stay at Treeverb at Cow Bay. It’s just metres from the beach which is scattered with interesting rocks and coral. The house is also close to everything you might want to do in the Daintree or Mossman Gorge. A highlight for us was the visit from an adult cassowary and juvenile, a visit from what we think was a goanna and child and a myriad of geckos and insects. We made good use of the well-equipped kitchen and BBQ area after a busy day exploring the Daintree!

Ultimate Forest Bath Escape

From the time we checked in we felt relaxed… The outdoor kitchen was an absolute winner for us. I would like to do that for my own property down the line, - as well as the outdoor bathroom. The only thing I would change would be some of the lighting to a warm light, as there was quite a lot of blue fluorescent lights in the place which reduced the ambience - otherwise a top spot for exploring Cow Bay all the way up to Cape Tribulation. The beach a lovely stroll away - perfect distance to walk down to watch the sunset with a glass of bubbles. Bec - Brisbane

Treeverb:There is always one thing that stands out on each stay, and in this case it was our hosts (Scott & Sharon). The level of accurate and timely information was perfection.The accommodation were very nice with one small architectural challenge which was mention in previous reviews.The upstairs master bedroom is only accessible to the downstairs (including the bathroom) via two outside stairways. For older patrons that may need to get up at night makes the master bedroom none usable.The 2nd downstairs bedroom makes up for the issue above.The house, in general, is well maintained and the open exposure to the outside is a definite PLUS!Would recommend this place for someone who likes a private, safe, & clean (fragrance free) holiday home.All the best

Why they chose this property

I designed and build the home. It's the closest property to the beach in Cow Bay. It's designed to capture all the breeze by having options to open up over half the hexagon house. The outdoor BBQ and eating area is set to the side, great for socializing.

What makes this property unique

Totally surrounded by forest. Close to the beach. Swimming creeks near by.
