We had a wonderful 2-night stay! Clean, quiet and in a great location for my family and I to visit Santa’s Village and Storyland! The property manager immediately responded to any questions we had via phone and text during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!
Property was a bit more dated than we thought, but it was very clean, bathrooms and kitchen very nice and it’s a beautiful area. We would certainly come again!
The property was in the perfect location for all the activities we had planned. Check-in and check-out was easy and communication with the owners was good. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the basics. It was great having two bathrooms and the water pressure in the showers was fantastic! We liked having the dining table open to the living room so that the kids could color at the table or play a game in the same area where the adults were chatting or reading. We enjoyed using the game room, playing ping-pong, and swimming in the pool during our stay. There are plenty of other fun activities for families available at The Seasons that we would have used if time allowed. The only negative at all was the beds in the smaller bedroom- they were pretty uncomfortable. But, for a short stay they were okay. It was humid down in the lower level, but the A/C units in the living room and large bedroom, as well as the dehumidifier and small fan in the smaller bedroom helped it to stay pretty comfortable. Our 3 generations of family had a wonderful vacation together!

We come to the room at 4:00 pm and the room is not cleaned. The beds had piles dirty sheets from the previous guest, bathrooms were dirty and the place smelled bad. After addressing this with the host he sent his cleaning team and they were there till 7;14 until which we had to stay out. We come back after we were told the room is clean and we tried to settle in. As we were, we tried to get to bed after a long drive and tired only to realize all the sheets were wet! We all had to get out of bed wet and pull off all the sheets, a change clothes and find what ever spare there was in the closets ( which was also dirty) and manage for that night. The host sent fresh sheets the next day but I had to play house keeper doing beds and stuff. 1.5 days of vacation ruined.
