The amenities are in fair condition but not worth the cost, no heat (understandable for Miami but the weather was very harsh this season and wasn’t a pleasant stay after all. Also laundry needs maintenance and cleaning

Thank you for your constructive review and we will certainly look at the laundry room. I wish you would have mentioned this during your 3 weeks stay as it was not mentioned to us so we could not check for any issues. We find it interesting that your review comments several items the negative, yet a few days before your reservation was ending you had requested an extension of 30 days to stay in this unit. We couldn't accommodate as we are fully booked. You did ask about heating the 2 days before leaving and we explained we don't have a heater but can bring extra blankets and you did not respond. We did extend 3 more days as that was available until our next guest arrived. Communication and transparency is truly important to better give our readers a clear understanding. We wish you all the best in your travels.
